Welcome to the website of Liverton United Youth Football Club.

Re-born in 2008, Youth football at Liverton has become strong again and our coaching team provide fun, friendly  and safe football for children from the age of 5 to 13 year olds who are given the opportunity to learn not only football skills but also life skills through the nation's favourite sport.

As we build towards the forthcoming 2010/11 season, our teams are on the lookout for new talent and so anyone interested should get in touch via the details below.

Team managers Steve Harris & Dave Hiles, along with coach Brian Payne, run training sessions on Monday evenings for both boys and girls within the age range, providing happy, healthy and safe fun for the youngsters. Nick Collyer offers football training for the coming season's Under 11 age group and trains on a Thursday evening. At Under 12 level, our girls are about to commence their first season in the Devon Girls Football League, whilst both our Under 11's and Under 9's will represent the club in the Pioneer Youth League. We have too a contingent of Under 12 boys who are on the look out for friendly matches!

All of our coaching is based around trying to ensure that the atmosphere and ethos of the youth section is friendly and fun, yet well disciplined.

Steve, Dave and Nick have completed the Football Association Child Protection and Emergency First Aid courses and with Steve now having qualified as a Level One FA certified coach, our coaching team create a welcoming and secure environment enabling the children to enjoy their football freely.

We also ensure that our coaches are all FA CRB checked, and are pleased to have Philippa Hiles as our Child Welfare Officer.
